How to complete a module

Welcome to Healthed's online learning platform.
This page provides essential instructions to assist you in navigating the module effectively.

You can stop and resume your progress in a module at any time. The module will track and remember your progress, even when you log out. You will be able to access a module and its resources at anytime from your Healthed Clinical School dashboard, even if you have completed a module.

Each lesson in a module is designed to maximise and reinforce your learning. All sections of the module are optional and you do not need to complete them in the structured order. However, if you wish to claim CPD or be issued with a certificate, you must complete all sections in the module.

Progressing through a module

After you have completed all the lessons in a section, make sure you click the 'Complete & Continue' button at the bottom of your screen. It is important that you click this button after each lesson as it will register your progress through the module.

You can track your progress using the progress tracker on the left-hand-side of the main screen. Once you have completed a lesson (and clicked the 'Complete & Continue' button), a tick will appear in the circle next to the relevant lesson in the progress tracker.

Watching a video lecture

Our team of experienced educators have decided that you are required to watch a minimum of 80% of each video lecture in order to satisfy the course requirements.

You will need to wait for the video to completely finish in order to progress to the next section. A notification will appear on your screen, click continue to progress.

Settings for volume and full screen are located on the bottom right hand corner of the video player (as indicated below).

Digital Handbooks

The digital handbooks are designed to allow you to create notes whilst following the video presentation.

You will need to download and save the digital handbook to your computer prior to adding your notes.

Quizzes

To maximise your learning, there may be a quiz after watching a video presentation. The quiz will indicate which questions were correct and which were incorrect, then give you an overall score when completed. You need to acquire a passing grade of 80% to continue through the module. You are able to take the quiz as many times as you'd like.

At its successful completion, click the 'Continue' button to progress to the next lesson.

Resources

Contained in this section are some resources that may be useful to continue your learning such as articles, factsheets, videos and product and sponsor information.

Resources can be downloaded and shared with your health professional colleagues and peers. You will be able to access this course at anytime from your dashboard, even if you have completed this course.

CPD and Survey

Complete the survey at the end of the module to verify your details and completion of the module.

Ensure you click the 'Next' button to answer all questions.

Do NOT click on the blue 'Complete & Continue' button at the bottom of your screen until you have submitted the survey.

Healthed will upload CPD to your account, within four (4) weeks, if you are a member with the RACGP or ACRRM. Other professions may be able to self-claim their learning.

Certificate of completion

Once you have completed a module in full, your Certificate of Completion will be generated automatically and will be ready to download on the top left of the module menu.

In order to achieve a Certificate of Completion, you are required to meet the following requirements:

  • Completed all sections in the course - make sure you have clicked the 'Complete & Continue' button after each section
